Functional Prototypes

A Functional Prototype -also called pre-production prototype- captures both function and appearance of the intended design. It is produced to test the performance of the design – giving you real confidence as you move into the manufacturing stage. Functional prototypes are produced by a range of different processes, methodologies, and materials. They require a full-scale manufacture in metals, plastics, and composites, using different technologies including 3D printing, CNC machining, laser cutting, and resin casting. We have a distinct experience of creating functional prototypes quickly and cost-effectively.
