Reliable and Functional Plastic 3D Printing

From concept models to production runs of end-use parts — printed, finished, and delivered from Dubai.

Technologies

Four processes. One standard.

We print plastics only — and we print them all. Each technology has a job it does best; we’ll tell you plainly which one your part needs.

FDM

Fused deposition modelling. Workhorse thermoplastics for jigs, fixtures, enclosures, and large-format parts — at the best cost per cubic centimetre.

SLA

Stereolithography. Resin printing with glass-smooth surfaces and fine detail — ideal for visual models, masters, and tight-tolerance fits.

SLS

Selective laser sintering. Tough nylon parts with no support structures — complex geometry and living hinges straight off the machine.

MJF

Multi Jet Fusion. Consistent mechanical properties and fast turnarounds for functional parts and small production batches.

Materials

Match the polymer to the purpose.

PLA

Easy, stiff, economical
Best for: Concept models, form checks, visual parts

PETG

Tough, slightly flexible, moisture-resistant
Best for: Enclosures, brackets, fluid-adjacent parts

ABS

Durable, machinable, heat-tolerant
Best for: Functional prototypes, end-use housings

ABS-FR

Flame-retardant ABS
Best for: Electrical enclosures, parts near heat sources

ASA

UV-stable, weatherproof
Best for: Outdoor and automotive exterior parts

ASA-CF

Carbon-fibre reinforced ASA
Best for: Stiff, light structural parts that live outside

PA12

Strong, fatigue- and chemical-resistant nylon
Best for: Snap fits, hinges, demanding functional parts

PA12-CF

Carbon-filled nylon
Best for: Metal-replacement brackets, drone and motorsport parts

Additional polymers available on request.

Guinness World Records

We Participated in creating the world's largest 3D-printed structure.

The interior of Myata Lounge, Dubai — its sweeping walls printed as large-format plastic structures — earned The Ultimate Engineering Design a Guinness World Records Certificate of Participation.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

It depends on what the part must do. FDM wins on cost and size, SLA on surface finish and detail, SLS and MJF on tough end-use nylons. Send us the part and its job — we’ll recommend the process and material, free.

Most prototype parts ship in 2–5 working days. Production batches are quoted per volume. Because we print in Dubai, there’s no customs delay for UAE clients.

Yes — with the right material and build orientation. PA12, PA12-CF, and ASA-CF are engineered for real duty, and we back critical parts with FEA validation. Our record-setting architectural structure is 3D-printed plastic, working every day.

STEP or STL is ideal; native CAD works too. No CAD at all? Our design team can model the part from sketches, measurements, or a 3D scan.

Support removal, sanding, vapour smoothing, painting, threaded inserts, and assembly — parts arrive ready to use, not ready to work on.
